We're seeking a detail-oriented Junior Property Accountant to join a collaborative and fast-paced accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial data, supporting business operations, and helping drive financial accuracy.

* Set up new properties and projects in the accounting system
* Review contracts and agreements for accurate billing and tracking
* Maintain account records and support daily accounting operations
* Assist with month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations
* Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
* Track billable expenses and supporting documentation
* Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections
* Maintain receivable records and cash flow projections
* Analyze budgets, costs, revenue, and profitability
* Monitor project financial performance and work in progress
* Assist with revenue recognition and reporting requirements
* Support forecasting and cash management activities
* Partner with operations and management teams
* Support vendors, consultants, and invoice processing
* Assist with audits and special projects
* Deliver excellent internal customer service
? 2+ years of accounting, project accounting, or property accounting experience
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
? Strong knowledge of:
? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills:
? Experience with ERP or accounting systems
? Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
